1. About ExamCoachPH

ExamCoachPH is an online exam preparation platform designed to help Filipino professionals and students prepare for the following:

• PRC Licensure Examinations — for various professional boards regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission
• Civil Service Examinations — Professional and Sub-Professional levels administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC)

We provide practice tests, mock exams, diagnostic tests, performance tracking, and study tools to support your exam preparation journey.

2. Eligibility

To use ExamCoachPH, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable Philippine law

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must register for an account to access most features of the Platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

ExamCoachPH offers several subscription plans including a free Trial plan with limited access, and paid plans with full access to the question bank, mock exams, and advanced features. Plan details, features, and pricing are displayed on the Subscription page.

4.2 Payment Process

ExamCoachPH uses a manual payment verification process:

• You make payment via GCash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods
• You upload your proof of payment through the Platform
• Our team manually reviews and approves your payment within a reasonable time
• Your subscription is activated upon approval

4.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry
• Access to premium features will be suspended upon subscription expiry

4.4 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once your subscription has been approved and activated, except in cases where ExamCoachPH is unable to provide the service due to a platform error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription activation and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@examcoachph.com for refund inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ExamCoachPH only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Platform without written permission
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to extract questions or content from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent payment proofs
• Impersonate another user, administrator, or ExamCoachPH staff
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Engage in any activity that violates Philippine law or the rights of other users

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ExamCoachPH Platform — including but not limited to exam questions, answer explanations, topic materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of ExamCoachPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal exam preparation. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to any content on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExamCoachPH is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• That the content is 100% accurate, complete, or current
• That use of the Platform will guarantee passing any licensure or civil service examination
• That the Platform will meet your specific study requirements

ExamCoachPH is a supplementary study tool. Final exam outcomes depend on the individual user's effort, preparation, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ExamCoachPH and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Exam results or outcomes following use of the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your active subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We detect fraudulent payment activity or abuse of the Platform
• Your subscription has expired and remains unpaid
• Continued operation of your account poses a security or legal risk

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. ExamCoachPH does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, through mediation or arbitration in the Philippines
• If still unresolved, through the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or a platform notice. Your continued use of ExamCoachPH after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
